2023-2024 Registration

Registration will open on March 1st for our existing families and on March 8 for new families.

We are excited to partner with your family.  Our registration process is broken down into 8 easy steps listed below. 

CURRENT FAMILIES – only need to complete steps 7 & 8 here.  You will finalize your registration process using the blue “Re-enroll” button in your MySchoolWorx account. (This button is at the top of the page, next to your student’s name.)

  1. Schedule your Family Meet & Greet – this is a time where we can meet parents and students and talk about the “ins-and-outs” of The Scholars Connection.  You can ask questions to make sure this is a good fit for your student.  Click here to set up your personal Meet & Greet time.
  2. Letter of Recommendation – this should be a brief letter written by someone other than a family member (youth pastor, employer, Sunday school teacher, coach, ect).  The letter should speak about topics such as your student’s character, attitude, work ethic, community outreach, or interacting with others. Once complete, please email this to: tscadmin@thescholarsconnection.com
  3. Transcript – type up a short explanation of what your student(s) has/have done during the  2022-2023 school year.  This is to give us an idea of where each student is and how we can help. Public schools will provide transcripts as needed. Absolutely zero judgement 🙂
  4. Photo – we need a head shot of your student to add into our MySchoolWorx system. Please take the photo in “portrait mode” not “landscape”. Email photos, with your student’s name attached to: tscadmin@thescholarsconnection.com.
